Option to notify when new thread matching query is created #13

Active new threads often don't hit lower part of catalog for a while so it could be useful to be notified on thread creation.
It would work by parsing RSS feed of the board and keep it stored for selected amount of days.
Then the old ones would be replaced ring-buffer style

Since board RSS feeds are dead, catalog-feed can be used, but then there might problem of too many duplicate catalog requests for no reason.

One option is for feed watcher to dump it's catalog on every catalog request. But since that's lazy-loaded, the RSS feed could lag significantly.

Other option is for feed watcher to read catalog from externally downloaded catalog
