Use xcb:icccm:-ManagerSelection (#16) 
* exwm-systemtray.el (xcb:systemtray:-ClientMessage): Remove class.
  (exwm-systemtray--init): Use `xcb:icccm:-ManagerSelection' instead of
  `xcb:systemtray:-ClientMessage'.
* exwm-xsettings.el (exwm-xsettings--init): Use `xcb:icccm:-ManagerSelection'
  instead of `xcb:xsettings:-ClientMessage'.
