Fix workspace height unsharing workarea value

Browse source 
* exwm-workspace.el (exwm-workspace--update-workareas): Clone the
value of the `exwm-geometry' frame parameter before modifying it
for calculating workareas.
(exwm-workspace--update-workareas): Simplify `pcase' patterns.
