Stop aborting recursive edit upon switching workspaces.

* exwm-workspace.el (exwm-workspace-switch): Stop aborting
	recursive edit upon switching workspaces.  Users should handle it
	just like in regular Emacs (possibly customizing
	`enable-recursive-minibuffers').
