Add timestamps to `exwm-debug' logs

* exwm-core.el (exwm-debug-log-time-function): New user option for
choosing the style of timestamps in debug logs.
(exwm-debug-log-uptime, exwm-debug-log-time): Possible candidates for
it.
(exwm--log): Use it.
